曲軸的設計要求

    實踐表明,彎曲和扭轉疲勞斷裂,是曲軸的主要破壞形式。彎曲疲勞斷裂更為常見。曲軸疲勞破壞形式及其主要原因見表12.7-1。
    曲軸的主要設計要求:
    1)足夠的強度,主要是曲柄部分的彎曲疲勞強度、扭轉疲勞強度以及功率輸出端的靜強度。要盡量減少應力集中并加強薄弱環節。
    2)足夠的剛度,減少曲軸撓曲變形,以保證活塞連桿組和曲軸各軸承可靠工作,同時提高曲軸的自振預率,盡量避免在工作轉速范圍內發生共振。
    3)軸頸-軸承副具有足夠的承壓面積和較高的耐磨性,油孔布置合理。
    4)合理的曲柄排列,使其工作時運轉平穩,扭矩均勻,并改善軸系的扭振情況。
    5)合理配置平衡塊,減輕主軸承負荷和振動。
    上述各項設計要求相互關聯,又相互制約,應根據各種機械的不同特點,結合總體設計綜合考慮,尤其是曲軸部分的結構形狀和主要尺寸,對曲軸的抗彎疲勞強度和扭轉剛度有主要影響,因而在設計時必須對曲軸的結構強度間題予以充分注意。
