精度
    GB/T 17587.2-1998規定了公稱直徑6~200mm
適用于機床的滾動螺旋副的精度和性能要求等,分為
7個精度等級,即1,2,3,4,5,7和10級。其中
1級箱度最高,10級最低,依次逐級降低。其他機械
產品亦可參照選用。
    為適應近代高精度化的要求,還將規定更高的0
級精度。
    滾動抓旋副的行程誤差是影響定位精度(特別
是P類定位滾動螺旋副)的決定性因素,故在其幾
何精度中規定了目標行程公差ep、有效行程內允許行
程變動Vup, 300mm行程內允許行程變動盤V300p和
2π弧度內允許行程變動量V2πP等4項指標,并進行
逐項檢查。各項檢查內容見圖7.2-9,圖中粗實線是
實際行程誤差曲線,它是根據綜合行程側量得到的。
    表7.2-24為滾動螺旋副有效行程內的平均行程
偏差e,和行程變動量氣,(右下標加符號“p”為允
許帶寬),表7.2-25為任愈300m二行程內的行程變
動童V300p和2π弧度內行程變動盒V2πp。
    對于傳力滾動螺旋副只檢驗有效行程lu內平均行程
偏差e和任意300mm行程內行程變動量V300且
滾動螺旋的行程誤差檢驗
    為了保證滾動螺旋傳動的精度和性能要求,還應
規定螺桿的位里公差,如螺桿外徑、支承抽頤對螺紋
軸線的徑向回跳動,支承軸頸肩面對螺紋軸線的圓跳
動等。跳動和定位公差見GB/T 17587.2-1998。
    一般動力傳動可選用5、7級精度,數控機機械
和精密機械用定位滾動螺旋,則根據其定位精度和熏
復定位精度要求選用1~5級精度。
