義。
   
減速器的輸人軸和軸出軸分別裝有一臺轉矩轉速
傳感器,并與機械效率儀聯接。愉人軸與直流調速電
機相連,輸出軸與磁粉加載器相連。進行加載試驗
時,采用分級加載,載荷級分別為同樣針齒中心圓直
徑的高性能通用擺線針輪行星減速器額定載荷360N
·m的25%, 50%, 75%, 100%, 125%, 150%,
175%, 200%。每級載荷分別加載lh,并每隔30min
記錄一次轉速、轉矩、效率、噪聲、振動等數據,每
級載荷測一次溫升,試驗結果見表9.3-36所示。
雙曲柄環板式針擺行星減速試驗結果
率隨著轉矩的增大而增大,開始時增加較快,隨粉轉
矩的不斷增大而趨向平緩。
    為了證明該新型雙曲柄環板式針擺行星減速器的
額定功率與轉矩確能較同樣針齒中心圓直徑的通用高
性能擺線針輪行星減速器提高一倍,又讓該新型環板
式針擺行星減速器在最大載荷(功率為6kW,轉矩
為720N·m)下,連續運轉4h,其傳動效率穩定在
93% -94%之間,且齒面熱平衡溫度僅為75%.
    試驗結果表明:研制的雙曲柄環板式針擺行星減
速器傳遞的轉矩可比同樣針齒中心圓直徑的高性能通
用擺線針輪行墾減速器的額定轉矩提高一倍。同時,
其傳動效率可達到94%,其各項技術性能指標均超
過同樣尺寸的以漸開線為齒形的環板式減速器。
    綜上所述,雙曲柄環板式針擺行星傳動由于袖出
軸結構簡單、剛性好,轉臂軸承尺寸不受限制,它不
僅具有傳統擺線針輪行星減速器傳動比范圍大、結構
緊湊、體積小、重盆輕、傳動效率高、傳動平德等一
系列優點。還可把針擺行星傳動傳遞轉矩T的范圍.
