    擺線針輪行星傳動和漸開線少齒差行星齒輪傳動,同屬K-H一行星齒輪傳動,其工作原理和結構基本相同。所不同的是,擺線針輪行星傳動的行星齒輪的齒廓曲線不是漸開線,而是采用變幅外擺線的內側等距曲線(其中用短幅外擺線的等距曲線較普遍);太陽輪齒廓與上述曲線共軛的是圓。組成這種傳動的主要零件的形狀見圖9.3-1.
擺線針輪行星傳動的主要零部件

    圖9.3一2為擺線針輪行星減速器的典型結構.它主要由4部分組成:
    1)行星架H 由輸人軸1和雙偏心套2組成,偏心套上的兩個偏心方向互成180°.
    2)行星輪c 即圖中之擺線輪6,其齒形通常為短幅外擺線的內側等距曲線。按運動要求,一個行星輪就可傳動,但為使軸人軸達到靜平衡和提高承載能力.對于一齒差針擺傳動,常采用兩個完全相同的奇數齒的行星輪(二齒差針擺傳動不受此限),裝在雙偏心套上,兩輪位置正好相差180°。行星輪(擺線輪)6和偏心套2之間裝有用以減少摩擦的滾子軸承(稱為轉臂軸承),為節約徑向空間,滾動軸承通常均采用不要外座圈的滾子軸承,而以擺線輪的內孔表面直接作為滾道。
    3)太陽輪b 又稱針輪,針齒殼5上裝有一組針齒銷3,通常針齒梢3上還裝有針齒套4,稱為針齒。
    4)輸出機構W 這種減速器常采用圖9.2-34所示的銷軸式軸出機構。
    1)傳動比范圍大。單級傳動為6~119,兩級傳動比為121~7569;三級傳動比可達658503。
    2)體積小、重量輕.用它代替兩級普通圓柱齒輪
減速器,體積可減小1/2~2/3;重量約減輕1/3~
1/2,
    3)效率高。一般單級效率為0.9~0.95.
    4)運轉平穩,嗓聲低。
    5)工作可靠.壽命長。
    由于有上述優點,這種減速器在很多惰況下已代替兩級、三級普通圓柱齒輪減速器及圓柱蝸桿減速器。在冶金、礦山、石油、化工、船舶、輕工、食品、紡織、印染、起重運輸以及軍工等很多部門得到日益廣泛的應用。但是這種傳動制造精度要求高,需要專門的加工設備。
    擺線針輪行星傳動的薄弱環節是轉臂軸承.因轉臂軸承在受力大,轉速也較高的工況下工作(其內、外圈的相對轉速等于輸人軸與輸出軸二者轉速絕對值之和),所以在新系列中為保證轉臂軸承的壽命,往往須采用加強型的滾子軸承。
    目前,擺線針輪行星傳動多用于高速軸轉速nH<=1500~1800r/min,傳遞功率P<=132kW的場合。在國外傳遞功率可達P=200kW。
