    NF型停止器又稱NF型逆止器(以下簡稱逆止
器)。這種逆止器與普通逆止器(棘輪、滾柱等逆止
器)相比,它具有逆止可靠,解脫容易.安裝方便及
壽命長等優點。適用于帶式輸送機所用的非接觸式逆
止器,對于其他場合的非接觸式逆止器亦同樣適用。
9.3. 1結構型式及工作原理
    這種逆止器的結構型式如圖15.3-75所示。在逆
止器內部有若干個異型楔塊(以下簡稱楔塊)均勻分
布在內、外圈之間,復位彈簧使楔塊與內、外圈同時
緊密接觸。當內圈正向運轉時.(參見圖15.3-76a),
由于楔塊是偏心結構,當內目轉速達到某一值(非接
觸轉速)時,楔塊所受的翻轉轉矩大于彈簧的復位轉
矩時,楔塊轉動,同時并與外圈脫離接觸,實現無摩
耗運轉。當內圈反轉時,(參見圖15.3-761,),在彈簧
及摩擦力的作用下,楔塊轉動鎖緊內外圈,由于外圈
固定,從而實現逆止。
9.3.2術語
    1)額定逆止轉矩—總計逆止壽命為10 5次的
工作情況下逆止器所許用的逆止轉矩(N.m),
    2)最小非接觸轉速—將逆止器的楔塊裝配安裝
在無級調速的試驗臺上.電動機帶動楔塊裝配旋轉,
測定楔塊與外圈脫離接觸時逆止器內圈的最低轉速。
    3)阻力矩—將被測逆止器安裝在試驗臺上,
電機帶動逆止器內圈以1000r/min的轉速旋轉,測出
防轉端蓋臂所受的轉矩。
    4)最高轉速—逆止器正向運轉允許的最高轉速。
NF型逆止器結構型式
5)內圈旋轉方向—逆止器內圈能夠自由轉動
的方向,正對轉向指示牌看,內圈沿順時針方向旋轉
代號為S,沿逆時針方向旋轉代號為N.

9.3.4技術要求
    逆止器的工作環境溫度應為一20一600C;正常工
作時其溫升不得高于30oC;逆止器主要零件的熱處
理硬度;對于楔塊應為60 - 64HRC;內圈及外圈應
為58 -62HRC;逆止器在額定逆止力矩情況下工作
10 5次時,其楔塊、內圈、外圈表面不得出現點蝕、
塑性變形和裂紋。
