5.1.6抗振材料

    如果載荷出現振動,那么此時必須考慮動剛性。機器人的振動控制也是一個大問題,它與伺服機構的穩定性有關。在振動問題,或者說在伺服機構二次滯后的響應方程式中,慣性項就代表材料的質量,與材料的輕質性有關,而剛性項與材料的彈性有關。發生振動時,動剛性k、質量m與振動系統的固有頻率f之間存在如下關系:

    由這個關系式可見,動剛性k和質量m是振動控制非常重要的因素。式中的制動項或者說貓性項相當于振動的衰減項,以材料因子的形式給出系統內部的衰減特性。與非金屬材料相比,金屬材料的振動衰減性能很差,兩者之間有量級上的差別。既然金屬材料的衰減性能很差,防振合金應運而生。表5.6給出抗振合金的例子,是按內耗機理進行分類的[l0]。表5.6所列的復合材料是把振動衰減性好的塑料夾在鋼板中間制成的。除了材料的衰減之外,振動衰減問題還涉及整體結構,即系統的衰減性,它與結構零部件之間的庫侖衰減有關,比材料內部的衰減大得多.
