ZG15Cr12:
鑄造性能較好,具有良好的力學性能,在大氣、水和弱腐蝕介質(如鹽水溶液、稀硝酸及某些體
積分數不高的有機酸)和溫度不高的情況下,均有良好的耐蝕性,可用于承受沖擊負荷、要求韌性
高的鑄件,如泵殼、何、葉輪、水輪機轉輪或葉片、螺旋槳等
ZG20Cr13:
基本性能與ZG15Cr12相似,含碳童高于ZG15Cr12,因而具有較高的硬度,焊接性較差,應用與
ZG15Cr12相似,可用作較高硬度的鑄件,如熱油液壓泵、閥門等
ZG03Cr18Ni10:
為超低碳不銹鋼,冶煉要求高,在氧化性介質(如硝酸)中具有良好的耐蝕性及良好的耐晶間腐
蝕性能,焊后不出現刀口腐蝕,主要用于化學、化肥、化纖及國防工業上重要的耐蝕鑄件和鑄焊結
構件等
ZG07Cr19Ni9:
  鑄造性能比較好,在硝酸、有機酸等介質中具有良好的耐蝕性,在固溶處理后具有良好的耐晶間
腐蝕性能,但在敏化狀態下的耐晶間腐蝕性能會顯著下降,低溫沖擊性能好,主要用于硝酸、有機
酸、化工石油等工業用泵、閥等鑄件
ZG03Cr14Ni14Si4:
  為超低碳高硅不銹鋼,在濃硝酸中具有較好的耐蝕性,力學性能較高,對各種配比的濃硝酸、濃
硫酸、混合酸的耐蝕性好,焊后不出現刀口腐蝕,用于化工、紡織、輕工、國防、醫藥等行業中的
泵、閥、管接頭等
