應用舉例:
  高錳鋼鑄件具有高強度及良好的
塑性和韌性,在使用中受沖擊和強大
壓力而變形時,產生高耐磨的表面
層.里層仍具有很好的韌性,故能承
受沖擊載荷,用于鑄造各種耐沖擊、
抗磨損的零件。ZGMn13-1和
ZGMn13-2適用于鑄造形狀結構簡
單、耐磨為主的低沖擊琴件,如破碎
壁、輥套、齒板、襯板、鏟齒等。
ZGMn13-4的耐沖擊能力高于
ZGMn13-3,此兩個牌號適用于結構復
雜,要求以韌性為主的承受強烈沖擊
負荷的零件,如斗前壁、提梁和履帶
板等
注:
1. ZGMn13.4含Cr1.50% - 2.50% , ZGMn13-5含MoO. 90% -1.20%(均指質量分數)。
2.鑄件應均勻地加熱和保沮.水韌處理溫度不低于1040度,保證鑄件中碳化物均勻,固溶,其力學性能符合本表規定。
3.ZGMn13-4的a>390 MPa,
4.在圖樣或訂貨協議中對鑄件尺寸公差無規定時,鑄件尺寸公差等級按GB/T6414-1999(鑄件尺寸公差)中CT13級
  規定,形位公差按GB/T5680-1998附錄的有關規定。
