注:1.牌號的化學成分應符合GB/T1221-2007的規定。

  2.馬氏體型鋼的硬度為淬火回火后的硬度(序號23-39).

  3.本表為熱處理鑰棒或試樣的力學性能。馬氏體和沉淀硬化型鋼

    各牌號的典型熱處理制度參見GB/T 1221-2007附錄的規定。

  4.沉淀硬化型鋼硬度也可根據俐棒尺寸或狀態選擇洛氏硬度側定,其數值參見GB/T1221-2007的相關規定。

①53Cr21Mn9Ni4N和22Cr21 Ni12N僅適用于直徑、邊長及對邊距離或厚度小于或等于25mm的鋼棒;大于25mm的鋼捧,

    可改鍛成25mm的樣坯檢驗或由供需雙方協商確定允許降低其力學性能的數值。其余牌號僅適用于直徑、邊長及對邊

    距離或厚度小于或等于180mm的鋼棒。大于180mm的鋼棒,可改鍛成180mm的樣坯檢驗或由供需雙方協商確定,允

    許降低其力學性能數值。

②規定非比例延伸強度和硬度,僅當需方要求時(合同中注明)才進行側定(序號1-22).

③扁鋼不適用,但需方要求時.可由供需雙方協商確定。

④僅適用于直徑、邊長、及對邊距離或厚度小于或等于75 mm的鋼棒。大于75mm的鋼棒,可改鍛成75mm的樣坯檢驗或

由供需雙方協商確定允許降低其力學性能的數值(序號19至序號42)。

⑤17Cr16Ni2和13 Cr11 Ni2W2MoV鋼的性能組別應在合同中注明,未注明時,由供方自行選擇。
