      齒輪傳動箱中,箱體是與空氣接觸面積最大的振動體,因此它也是噪聲的主要輻射體。
      箱體的振動主要由傳動件激發而引起的。圖18.2-30為齒輪傳動箱的傳聲示意圖。齒輪咕合區為嗓聲激勵源.它產生的聲能量一部分以固體聲的形式.經由齒輪體傳到軸,由軸而傳到軸承;并一起傳到箱壁,最后通過箱璧的振動,輻射到箱體外空氣中形成第一次空氣聲。另一部分聲能量經由嚙合區發射到箱內空氣中傳至箱體各壁,使箱壁振動,再輻射到箱體空氣中形成第二次空氣聲。此外,還有一部分固體聲傳人底板和地基,使地基振動發出空氣聲。實測表明,第一次空氣聲占總聲能最的95%左右。
      根據以上分析,箱體噪聲控制的方法為:
      1)調整箱體的固有頻率,控制箱體對激振的響應。即使其固有頻率遠離齒輪的嚙合頻率和軸的振動頻率。
      2)在箱壁上合理布肋,以增加箱體剛度,降低噪聲。圖18.2-31表明在“理論箱體”上布肋時,對“理論箱體”的輻射聲功率級的影響,從圖中可以看出箱體的輻射聲功率級取決于加強肋的排列方式和肋的高度。
      3)增大阻尼、密封箱體以及增加壁厚均可降低噪聲。
