機架設計準則

    機架的設計主要應保證剛度、強度及穩定性。
    1)剛度  評定大多數機架工作能力的主要準則是剛度,例如在機床中床身的剛度決定著機床生產率和產品精度;在齒輪減速器中,箱體的剛度決定了齒輪色的齒合情況和它的工作性能;薄板軋機的機架剛度直接影響鋼板的重量和精度。
    2)強度  強度時評定重載機架工作性能的基本準則。機架的強度應根據機器在運轉過程中可能發生最大載荷或安全裝置所能傳遞的最大載荷來校核其靜強度。此外還要校核其疲勞強度。
    機架的強度和剛度都需要從靜態和動態兩方面來考慮。動剛度是衡量機架抗震能力的指標,而提高機架抗震性能應從提高機架構件的靜剛度、控制固有頻率、加大阻尼等方面著手。提高靜剛度和控制固有頻率的途徑是:合理設計機架構件的截面形狀和尺寸,合理選擇壁厚及布肋、注意機架的整體剛度和局部剛度以及結合面剛度的匹配等。
   3)穩定性  機架受壓結構及受壓彎結構都存在失穩問題。有些構件制成薄壁腹式也存在局部失穩。穩定性是保證機架正常工作的基本條件,必須加以校核。
    此外,對于機床、儀器等精密機械還應考慮熱變形。熱變形將直接影響機架原有精度,從而使產品精度下降,如立軸矩形工作臺平面磨床,立柱前壁的溫度高于后壁,使立柱后傾,其結果磨出的零件工作表面與安裝基面不平行;有導軌的機架,由于導軌面與底面存在溫差,在垂直平面內導軌將產生中凸或中凹熱變形。因此,機架結構設計時應使熱變形盡量小。 (責任編輯:laugh521521)
