平面機構的結構分析
    機構結構分析就是先畫出各種具體機構的機構運
動簡圖并進行自由度計算,然后從機構結構的角度研
究機構組成原理,并以此進行機構分類,以便按這種
分類建立運動和動力分析的一般方法。平面機構的這
種分類法是以低副機構為基礎。如機構中含有高副,
應將其替換成低副,然后再進行機構結構分類。
高副替換成低副
    機構中的高副在機構瞬時運動不變的前提下可以
替換成低副。對機構進行結構分類,可用替換后的低
副機構來代替原先的高副機構。每個高副用帶有兩個
低副的一個構件來替換,這樣就不會改變機構的自由
度(局部自由度不計)。不同形式的高副,特換的方
法也不同,見表11.1-9.
      當替揍后的低副機構中帶有移動副時.機構的形
式可能有多種,表11.1-10所示的一系列機構,是由
表11.1-9中的擺動從動件盤形凸輪機構轉化而得,
其運動特性完全一樣,只是形式不同,實質上仍是一
