 平面機構自由度
    大多數平面機構具有3個公共約束(M=3),即
所有構件都失去了3個自由度。設平面的坐標系為
名xoy,則這三個公共約束為繞x和Y軸的轉動及沿z軸
方向的移動。組成機構的運動副只有轉動副、移動副
和平面高副3種類型。設機構中活動構件數為n,低
副(轉動副和移動s的數為P5,高副數為P4,則機
構的自由度

    對于全部由移動副組成的平面機構來說,由于多
了一個繞:軸轉動的公共約束,故M =4,機構自由
度的計算公式應為

p5為機構中移動副的數目。用上面兩個公式計算機
構自由度時還應注愈一些事項,詳見表11.1-5,一些
圖例見表11.1-6。

①空間機構也有局部自由度問題,可參見表11.1-8中圖例2和圖例3。
②虛約束是重復約束或不起作用的約束,一般是用來改善機構的受力情況,在計算機構自由度時都應去除不計。
③等徑凸輪和等寬凸輪形成的盛約束有其本身的特點.如果是一般凸輪的話,凸輪與從動件間是不允許形成兩個高副的。
