起重機用立式減速器(摘自JB/
    T8905.3-1999)
    JB/T8903.3-199,中有QJ-L紐立式料齒回柱齒
輪減速器,主要適用于起重機的運行機構,也可用于
運輸、冶金、礦山、化工及輕工辭機械設各的傳動
中。其工作條件為:齒輪日周速度不大于16m/s;高
速軸轉速不大于1500r/min;工作環境溫度為-40-
45;可正反兩向運轉。
1型式和標記方法
    1)結構型式:QJ-L型減速器為三級傳動的立式
底座式減速器。
    2)裝配型式:
共有6種,見圖10.2-6.
    3)軸端型式:高速軸和低速軸均采用圓柱形軸
伸,平鍵聯接。
    4)中心距:減速器以輸出級中心距為名義中心
距α1,其數值見表10.2-52。
    5)傳動比:減速器的公稱傳動比與實際傳動比
應符合表10.2-53的規定,其極限偏差不大于t5%o
    6)標記示例:起重機立式減速器,名義中心距
α1, = 200mm,公稱傳動比i =40,裝配型式為第Ⅲ種。

4選用方法
    I) QJ-L型立式減速器主要用于起重機的運行機
構。根據GB/T3811的規定,起重機各機構的工作級
別分為M1~M8共8級。表10.2-55所列是工作級別
為M5的功率值,若用在其他工作級別時,應按式
(10.2-5)進行拆算
