軸承高速穩定性好,有自動調心作用,但結構較復
雜,制造較困難,主要用于高速徑向軸承,氣體止推
軸承很少采用。
    (1)可傾瓦徑向軸承的結構參數
    可傾瓦徑向軸承的瓦塊內半徑記為Rp,支點處




可先求出各瓦塊的承載能力、剛度、摩擦轉矩、
偏位角等,然后通過矢量疊加求出可傾瓦徑向軸承的
稱態性能。進行疊加時要先確定載荷作用線方向。一
般取兩種方向,一是載荷作用線通過一個支點,另一
個是載荷作用線在兩個支點的中分線上。通過偏位角

迭代來實現確定的載荷方向。
    (3)瓦塊支點的設計
    支點常用形式有球面對球面、球面對柱面和球面
對平面。形狀應盡量簡單,同時注意材質的強度、耐
磨性、表面處理和制造精度。
    有些場合應考慮設計成彈性支座.常用的有粱型
彎曲支座、柔軟的螺旋彈簧型支座和金屬膜片型支
座。
