    (1)溫升

K=0.8~1.0,非壓力供油軸承(例如油浴潤滑)通常取K=0~0.2。
    因此,潤滑油溫升△θ的計算式為

式中  Cp—潤滑油的比定壓熱容;
  ρ—潤滑油的密度;
  q—潤滑油的流量。
對于礦物油可取cpρ=1.8 x 10^6J/ (m^3·K)。
帶入不同供油槽形式的流量表達式見表13.6-2。
    (2)潤滑油溫度
    軸承油膜中各處的潤滑油溫度是不同的,潤滑油進入軸承間隙處的油溫稱為進口油溫,記為θi。潤滑油流過軸承間隙,溫度升高,流出軸承間陳的潤滑油的平均溫度稱為出口油溫,記為氏。油溫的最高值為最高油溫θmax。
    計算軸承性能時采用有效油溫。
    有效油溫、出口油溫和最高油沮的計算與供油棺形式有關,計算公式見表13.6-2。
    進口油溫隨出口油溫和外部供油裝置的傲熱能力變化,而外部供油裝置的散熱能力差別極大,因此很難準確計算進口油溫θi。不便計算時,建議取θi=≈40℃。
對于重要的軸承,應在外部供油裝置中設置加熱器和冷卻器,以便控制進口油溫。
