薄壁軸瓦
薄臂軸瓦的外徑d,壁厚δT和璧厚公差
注:1.黑框內是不留加工余量軸瓦相應于側面外徑的壁厚公差.分子用于雙層金屬軸瓦.分母用于帶鍍覆層的三層金屬軸瓦。
    2.對鑄鐵和鋼軸承座。軸承座孔直徑的公差按H6,
    3.外徑不超過200mm的軸瓦,內圓表面粗糙度Ra最大值為0.8μm,超過200mm的軸瓦為1.6μm,
    4.外徑不超過250mm的軸瓦.內圓表面粗樁度Ra最大值為1.255m,超過200二的軸瓦為1. 65m,
    5.油孔宜徑根據使用要求確定.但不應等于油槽寬度。油孔在軸瓦寬度上的對稱度公差按軸瓦寬度取IT 14級。
半圓周長公差
薄壁翻邊軸瓦的外徑d1,、止推邊外徑d2和位厚δT
注:1.黑框內為對應于上(下)面軸瓦外徑d1的止推邊外徑d2的計算式。
    2.對鑄鐵和鋼軸承座,軸承座孔直徑的公差按H6或H7。
    3.軸肩直徑應大于止推邊外徑d2。

璧厚公差
注:1.本表只適用于不留加工余量的軸瓦。
    2.軸瓦的自由彈張量在任何情況下都應為正值。
A型鑲嵌軸瓦
注:1.軸承座采用對開式二螺柱正滑動軸承座(JB/T 2561-2007)
   2.標記示例:鑲嵌軸瓦WQP 030號A型。
   3.生產廠:武漢油缸廠自潤滑軸承分廠。
