7軸承的潤滑
7.1潤滑的作用
    運轉過程中,軸承內部各元件間,均存在不同程
度的相對滑動,從而導致摩擦發熱和元件的磨損。因
此工作中必須對軸承進行可靠的潤滑。潤滑軸承的主
要目的是:
    1)減小摩擦發熱,避免工作溫度過高:
    2〕降低磨損;
    3)防止銹蝕;
    4)散熱(油潤滑);
    5)密封(脂潤滑)。
7.2潤滑劑的選擇
    選擇潤滑劑時應考慮的因素有:
    1)軸承的工作溫度  各種潤滑劑都有其各自適
于工作的溫度范圍。過離的工作溫度會使潤滑劑的粘
度降低,潤滑效果變差,以致完全失效。正常的工作
溫度,應使潤滑油的粘度,對球軸承不低于
1.3 X 10 -5 m2/s,對滾子軸承不低于2x10-5m2/s。
    2)軸承的工作載荷潤滑油的粘度是隨壓力而
變化的,當軸承所受載荷增大時,潤滑區內潤滑油的
壓力增加、粘度降低,從而導致油膜厚度減薄,甚至
破裂。因此,軸承工作載荷越大,所選潤滑油的粘度
也應越大。
各種潤滑方式下軸承的允許dn值
 3)軸承的工作轉速  工作中,軸承轉速越高,
內部摩擦發熱量越大。為了控制軸承的溫升,通常對
軸承的dn值(d為軸承內徑mm,。為轉速r/min)
加以限制。各類軸承,在不同潤滑劑和潤滑方式下所
允許的dn值見表14.4-20.
