垂度測量
    對于重載、經常起動、制動和反轉的鏈傳動以及
接近垂直的鏈傳動,其松邊垂度應適當減小。
    鏈傳動的張緊可以采用下列方法:
    (1)用調整中心距方法張緊
    對于滾子鏈傳動,其中心距調整攝可取為2p;
對于齒形鏈傳動,可取為1.5p, p為鏈條節距。
    (2)用縮短鏈長方法張緊
    當傳動沒有張緊裝置而中心距又不可能調整時,
可采用縮短鏈長(即拆去鏈節)的方法對因磨損而
伸長的鏈條重新張緊,如圖6.2-13所示。圖6. 2-13a
是偶數節鏈條縮短一節的方法(圖中拆去3個鏈節
即兩個內鏈節一個外鏈節,換上一個復合過渡鏈節即
一個內鏈節和一個過渡鏈節),采用過渡鏈節使抗拉
強度有所降低;縮短兩節雖可避免使用過渡鏈節,有
時又會過分張緊。圖6.2-13b是奇數節鏈條縮短一節
的方法,即把過渡鏈節去掉,比較簡單。
鏈條的縮短方法
    (3)用張緊裝置張緊
    下列情況應增設張緊裝皿(張緊裝里示例見表
6.2-34):
    1)兩軸中心距較大(a>50p和脈動載荷下a>
25p);
    2)兩軸中心距過小,松邊在上面;
    3)兩軸布置使傾角a接近90°;
    4)需要嚴格控制張緊力;
    5)多鏈輪傳動或反向傳動;
    6)要求減小沖擊振動,避免共振;
    7)需要增大鏈輪嚙合包角;
    8)采用調整中心距或縮短鏈長的方法有困難。
