張緊力的控制
    帶的預緊力對其傳動能力、壽命和軸壓力都有很
大影響。預緊力不足,傳遞載荷的能力降低,效率
低,且使小帶輪急劇發熱,膠帶磨損;預緊力過大,
則會使帶的壽命降低,軸和軸承上的載荷增大,軸承
發熱與磨損。因此,適當的預緊力是保證帶傳動正常
工作的更要因家。
    在帶傳動中,預緊力是通過在帶與帶輪的切邊中
點處加一垂直于帶邊的載荷G,使其產生規定的撓度
f來控制(圖6.1-33)。

1 V帶的預緊力
    單根V帶的預緊力F0

    對于有效寬度制的窄V帶,上式中的系數500改
為450,
    為了測定所需的預緊力F0 ,通常是在帶的切邊
中點加一規定的載荷G,使切邊長每100mm產生

V帶的質量m和預緊力修正值△F0
    測定預緊力所需的垂直力G亦可參考表6.1-139
給定。其高值用于新安裝的V帶或必須保持高張緊
的嚴酷傳動(如高速、小包角、超載起動、頻繁的
高轉矩起動等)。

    平帶的預緊力通常是給定合適的預緊應力σ0。也
可以根據下式什算平帶單位寬度的預緊力F0(N/mm)

4多楔帶的預緊力
    多楔帶的預緊力Fo可按單根V帶的預緊力計算
出每楔所需的預緊力乘以楔數z,其中。為多楔帶每
棋每米長的質童kg/(m·z),可查表6.1-145。
    側定多楔帶的預緊力也和V帶相同。在切邊中
