設計實例
    設計用于離心式鼓風機的多楔帶傳動,原動機為
電動機,額定功率P=7.5kW,轉速n1=720r/min,
離心式鼓風式轉速n2=450r/min,鼓風機每天工作
10~16h,要求中心距955mm左右。
    解1)確定設計功率Pd由表6.1-93查得工作
情況系數KA=1.1,設計功率Pd=KAP=1.1 x7.5kW
=8.25kW。
    2)選擇帶型由圖6.1-24選擇PL型多楔帶。
    3)計算傳動比i=n1/n2= 20/450=1.6
    4)確定小帶輪有效直徑de1應使de1≥demin由表
6.1-87得de=75mm。取de1=125mm。
    5)大帶輪有效直徑由表6.1-92公式
