    帶傳動有下列幾種功率損失:
    1)滑動損失 帶在工作時,由于帶與輪之間的
彈性滑動和可能存在的幾何滑動,而產生滑動損
失。
    2)滯后損失 帶在運行中會產生反復伸縮,特
別是在帶輪上的撓曲會使帶體內部產生摩擦,引起功
率損失。
    3)空氣阻力 高速傳動時,運行中的風阻將引起
轉矩的損耗,其損耗與速度的平方成正比。因此設計高
速帶傳動時,帶的表面積宜小,用厚而窄的帶,帶輪的
輪輻表面要平滑(如用橢圓形)或用輻板以減小風阻。
    4)軸承的摩擦損失滑動軸承的損失為2%~
5%,滾動軸承為1%~2%。
    考慮上述損失,帶傳動的效率約在80%~98%
范圍內,根據帶的種類而定。進行傳動設計時,可按
表6.1-3選取。
