為了消除蝸輪輪齒的根切和改善接觸線分布情況,一般
x2=0.5~1.5,當x2>1.5可能發生蝸輪齒頂變尖。通
常z1≤2時,x2=1~1.5;z1>2時,x2=0.7~1.2。

4  ZC3蝸桿傳動強度計算及其他
    軸向圓弧圓柱蝸桿傳動的齒面接觸強度計算可近
似地采用普通圓柱蝸桿傳動的齒面接觸強度計算方法
(見表8.5-10),由于這種傳動是凹凸面接觸,當盤
曲率半徑大,接觸線方向有利于潤滑,因此可視為接
觸應力較小。用表8.5-10的公式可將σH降低10%,
或把σHP增大11%。
    由于這種傳動的蝸輪齒根較厚,一般不產生齒根
折斷。因此不必計算齒根的彎曲強度。
    有關這種傳動的材料,散熱計算、蝸桿和蝸輪的
結構、精度等見普通回柱蝸桿傳動。
