    (1)調整蝸輪的位置
    采用嚙出側接觸(圖8.5-5),使嚙人側自然形
成“人工油涵”;并充分利用嚙出側接觸線與滑動速
度的夾角Ω大的特點。一般使嚙出側接觸面積占全
齒面的30%~40%。

    (2)消除不利的嚙合部位
    普通圓柱蝸桿傳動,在輪齒中間偏齒根一帶是不
利于動壓油膜形成的區域,往往在此區域內發生早期
破壞。采用缺口整形蝸輪(圖8.5-6)或挖窩蝸輪
(圖8.5-7)將嚙合不利的區域切除,以實現合理啥
合。挖窩的蝸輪不僅輪齒的彎曲強度較缺口的高,而
且窩內可貯油以利潤滑。通常用立銑刀挖窩,窩要略

(3)制造人工油涵

用大滾刀切人工油涵
    2)偏移滾刀制造人工油油(圖8.5-9),按通常
加工蝸輪方法,進刀達到齒深后將刀退出,然后將刀
偏移(0.3~0.6)m,再進行加工,進刀到齒深切出
人口油涵。再向反向移動刀架切出出口油涵,刀具偏
移里一般取(0.2~0.4)m。

    3)扳刀架角度加工蝸輪,切出人工油涵(圖
8.5-10),加工人口油涵時扳1°30';加工出口“油
涵”時扳30'(按蝸輪螺旋角增加方向)。
