摘要:準雙曲面齒輪傳動的幾何尺寸計算 軸線相交錯的齒輪傳動的相對運動是螺旋運動, 其螺旋軸線繞兩齒輪的軸線旋轉形成一對單葉雙曲 面。因雙曲面形狀復雜,不易制作,取其一段用簡單的 回轉曲面圓錐面來近似作為節曲面。因此,把這 種齒輪稱為準雙曲面齒輪傳動。

準雙曲面齒輪傳動的幾何尺寸計算
    軸線相交錯的齒輪傳動的相對運動是螺旋運動,
其螺旋軸線繞兩齒輪的軸線旋轉形成一對單葉雙曲
面。因雙曲面形狀復雜,不易制作,取其一段用簡單的
回轉曲面—圓錐面來近似作為節曲面。因此,把這
種齒輪稱為準雙曲面齒輪傳動。
    準雙曲面齒輪的基本幾何關系,如圖8.4-23所
示。小輪軸線I和大輪軸線Ⅱ相交錯,其公垂線為
A1A2,軸交角為Σ,偏置距E=A1A2。在A1A2線之外取
p點作為基準點,過p點可作唯一直線K1k2(分度線)
與Ⅰ、Ⅱ軸線相交。過P點并垂直于直線K1k2的平面
T與Ⅰ、Ⅱ軸線分別交于o1、o2點。平面T稱為分度
平面。PO1和PO2為兩輪的節錐面的生成母線,節錐
角δ1=∠PO1K1,δ2=∠PO2K2。準雙曲面齒輪的偏置
角φ=∠O1PO2,小輪偏置角ε=∠A1K1A2,大輪偏置
角η=∠A2K2A1。K1K2在Ⅱ軸上的投影稱為截距Q。
    格利森制準雙曲面齒輪把基準點P設在齒寬中
點的生成母線上,即齒寬中點節點。B1、B2點分別為
P點在I、Ⅱ軸線上的垂足,中點節圓半徑rML=PB1,
rm2=PB2,中點錐距Rm1=PO1,Rm2=PO2,中點螺旋角
為βm1、βm2。為增大小輪的直徑,βm1>βm2,取βm1=βm2
+φ;為使傳動中大小輪具有互相推開的軸向力,小輪
偏置有兩種形式(圖8.4-24);為提高傳動嚙合效率使
兩輪輪齒螺旋方向相反。格利森準雙曲面齒輪傳動的
