錐齒輪的變位
    錐齒輪的變位可分為切向變位(齒厚變位)和徑
向變位(齒高變位)。
1切向變位
    用展成法加工錐齒時,當加工輪齒的兩側刀刃在
其所構成的產形齒輪的分度面上的距離為πm/2時,加工
出來的齒輪為標準齒輪;若改變兩刀刃之間的距離,則
加工出來的齒輪為切向變位。變位量用x1m表示,x1
為切向變位系數(或稱齒厚變位系數),如圖8.4-1所
示。變位使齒厚增加時x1為正值;使齒厚減薄時x1為
負值。為了均衡大小齒輪的齒根杭彎強度,常采用x11
=-x12這種變位,除齒厚有所變化外,其他參數不改
變,可提離小輪的齒根抗彎強度。
錐齒輪的切向變位
2徑向變位(高變位)
    用展成法加工錐齒輪時,若刀具所構成的產形齒
輪的齒條中線與被加工錐齒輪的當量圓柱齒輪的分度
圓相切,加工出來的齒輪為標準齒輪;當齒條中線沿當
量圓柱齒輪的徑向移開一段距離xm時,加工出來的
齒輪為徑向變位齒輪,如圖8.4-2所示。xm為變位
量,x為變位系數。刀具遠離當量圓柱齒輪軸線時,x
為正值;刀具靠近當量圓柱齒輪軸線時,x為負值。在
齒輪副中,若x1=-x2,稱為高變位傳動;若x1≠-x2,
則稱為角變位傳動。徑向變位可以避免根切,提高齒
輪的承載能力和改善傳動的性能。高變位傳動錐齒輪
幾何計算簡單,應用較廣。角變位傳動錐齒輪幾何計
算復雜,應用較少,本手冊不作詳細介紹。
