圓柱齒輪經過試驗研究和使用經驗表明,齒面粗
糙度對齒輪抗點蝕能力、抗膠合能力和抗彎強度有影
響,也影響齒輪的傳動精度(噪聲和振動)。因此設
計者應在齒輪零件圖樣上標注出成品狀態齒面粗糙度
的數值,如圖8.2-60和圖8.2-61所示。

粗糙度和表面加工紋理方西的符號
    直接測得的表面粗糙度參數值,可直接與規定的
允許值比較。規定的參數值應優先從表8.2-126和表
8.2-127中給出的范圍中選擇,無論是Ra還是Rz均
可作為一種判斷依據。表8.2-126和表8.2-127給出
的Ra和Rz的推薦極限值,主要是考慮加工后輪齒表
面結構及測金儀器和方法。但必須指出,若同時按
Ra, Rz進行評定,可能得到不一致的結論,主要是
由于表面輪廓特征不同時,Ra和Rz比值也不同。所
以,Rz和Ra不應在同一部分使用。
    GB/T10095.1-2008中規定的齒輪精度等級與
表8.2-126和表8.2-127中表面粗糙度等級之間沒有
直接的關系。在上述兩表中,相同的表面狀況等級并
不與特定的制造工藝相對應。表8.2-128給出了齒輪
精度等級與齒面粗糙度的關系,供參考。
